ADE Test Code and Installation Instructions
The following is instructional information for the EEdge indicators from EminiEdge.com. Feel free to download these for future reference.
The EminiEdge MTF-Combo chart and the accompanying indicators rely on a special library (ADE) and collections (ELC) from TradeStation to allow tick data to be shared between different windows. This is pretty cool but seems to have a lot of moving parts. So to test your system and hopefully verify that the MTF indicator set will work with your system configuration I've included the ADE library and a simple test sender/receiver to give it a test run. If these work there should be no reason that the EminiEdge MTF Series indicators shouldn't work on your system as well.
The first part of the test is to simply load the Tradestation ADE Library and make sure the version of TS, your operating system and configuration will work. This is the version of ADE from Tradestation site used and tested for the EEdge MTF Indicator series. Feel free to download from here and install.
If the ADE library loads and works with no apparent errors, then the next step is to load the _EMINIEDGE_TEST_ADE_SENDER_RECEIVER indicators and verify that you can send data from one tick chart and receive and display it in another tick chart. The videos below should give you a brief overview on how this should work. This is a simple setup and doesn't do anything too fancy but should offer proof of compatibility.
For simplicity sake set your "sender" chart to ES 560 ticks and your "receiver" chart to ES 1500 ticks. It will match the video below and make it easier to verify operation. It is important that the symbol is the same (symbol and month) for things to work properly. Also it is important to have your "sender" chart in a tab that is "left" of your "receiver" tab. Sender has to load before the receiver loads it... If you have any questions let me know...
Good luck and Good Trades,

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation in being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
